What counts as a "resolution"?

A resolution is counted only when Zoye fully solves a customer issue on her own — no human rescue needed — and the customer doesn't reopen the same problem within 24 hours. If a human steps in or the customer comes back, it doesn't count against your plan.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Zoye is careful, but she's not perfect — that's why Draft Mode exists. She suggests responses and you approve before sending. You set the guardrails for what she can and can't say, define escalation rules, and can switch to Manual Mode anytime. Most teams move to Autonomous Mode within a week once they see how accurate she is.

Does Zoye actually connect to my store data?
